Alexis Downing

Owner

Alexis founded Downing Dermacare in 2018, legally formed the LLC March 2019 and officially launched the online store Oct 2021. Her vision was to create an eco-friendly, community-driven business that will not only benefit the buyer personally, but the environment as well.

Allen Downing

Agriculturalist

Out of his four degrees [two of which were received from University of Pennsylvania], Allen has a BS in Agricultural Sciences, received from Delaware Valley University. He studied Herbology and is in charge of growing the herbs that will be used in Downing Dermacare products.

Debra Downing

Finance Department

Debra has a Bachelor's degree in Business Management [with a study in Accounting I and Accounting II] from Gwynedd Mercy University. She is currently in the Finance Department as the bookkeeper.

Debra is also pursuing certification in tax preparation.

Niya Murphy

Brand Management

Niya Murphy is the founder and lead consultant at New Networks Consulting. She has over 4 years of experience helping local entrepreneurs secure grants, increase exposure, and build relationships. She uses her extensive network of resources to support her diverse clientele in projects and brand management.

Niya graduated from Austin Peay State University in 2018 with her Masters degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology.
